What We Collect
The online enquiry and appointment form collects the name, contact email, telephone number or WeChat, service category, project stage, business overview, budget and preferred discussion time that you voluntarily provide. A passport, bank password or sensitive customer transaction documents are not required for an initial consultation.
How Information Is Used
After information is submitted through a secure connection, the website server sends it via Tencent Enterprise Mail SMTP to Drew@sfc8.com to make contact, understand the project and explain the scope of services offered. Appointments require manual confirmation and are not booked automatically.
Retention and Protection
This website does not maintain a separate consulting database. Successful emails are stored in the corporate email system and used by authorised personnel for follow-up. The interface retains only short-term anti-abuse restriction information; logs do not actively record form contents, passwords or identity-document details. If sensitive files need to be exchanged later, an appropriate channel will be agreed separately.
Your Contact Details and Corrections
To request access to, correction of, cessation of follow-up on, or deletion of enquiry information, email Drew@sfc8.com. To protect the information, identity as a contact may need to be verified before processing; legal or business-record retention obligations may limit immediate deletion.
Technology and third-party services
The website uses basic hosting and access statistics to understand page performance. When you visit official legislation, maps, WhatsApp or associated topic sites, the relevant third-party rules apply. External links do not mean that this website guarantees their content, services or results.
